I believe this boat to be @ a 1965 model  made by Sea Ark in Arkansas.
It is a Sea Ark Utility series 17 foot Roustabout

It is a 17 '  6 " welded Aluminum hull (very strong!)
It has a built in fuel tank (based on tank dimensions I believe it to be @ 27 gallons)

Tilt Trim does not work, motor ran strong before repairs were started.

Previous owner "used" it in the marine construction business
as a "TUG" boat, barge, push boat,  etc,
